Managing work life balance is not a cake walk these days.
Talk to your manager and take some break from work.
Both of you spend some quality time and identify what's causing the gaps, plese don't suffer in silence.
If needed take some counseling either from elders in family, or some registered practitioner.

Immediate release is not possible due to personal reason, if you are in project allocation and you have responsibilities. But you can request for leave for this. Also you can try asking for release from manager. if you are in bench then it will be easy to exit as you want.

To everyone suggesting to sit and talk and explore each other's feelings.... Sometimes you do not need an output. You do not need a closure. Sometimes, actually most of the times, things only start to work out when you dump everything that happened in the past and start with a fresh perspective on your partner.

Just get some a week some and try to hang outside both of you and try to talk each other openly. So both of you will get mind refreshed.. Definitely problems will get solved brother.
Yeah take some off time its allowed under special quota
Do you want the salary or you have enough to sustain you through this period . If latter then you just go on leave informing your manager if your situation and extend to LOP once leave gets over. Get 3-4 month break. But if you want salary and just be on bench that won’t be possible , Infosys will not pay you for sorting out your personal issues. So based on your situation take a call.
