I have hit a learning saturation limit in my current project and want a release real bad. Is it a good time to ask for release.

Do u think it is better to switch the company by upskilling while I stay in the same project , than to ask for release, provided my wfo index is horrible?

If you have served more than 3 yrs in same project, you can ask release and they have to release within 90 days max. This is there as policy in ultimatix also.
