Isn't that obvious, if a project is failing someone is going to be a scapegoat and generally the ones who don't lick arses fall into it.

For pip, one should suffice if you are in bench. If you are on project, depends on your current manager.

Totally depends upon your manager. I also got NI rating but no pip.

From last year one NI rating is enough for PIP. Though for some reason this year HR has still not forced managers to initiate PIP yet. But they have had meetings where they have mentioned that PIP has to be mandatorily initiated
