Trending @Capgemini; I have heard promotion doesn’t happen sometimes even when BU have pushed it, all depends upon HR in this organisation.

Please let me know if it’s really true, I don’t think so as it just feels that they are playing blame game ?

True even hikes I have exceptional rating and was due for promotion neither of it happened.

All promotions till grade B2 depends on your manager will. I am happy that I am not in cg anymore

Based on performance of BU , a budget is allocated for hikes and promotions, a quota is given for promotions. We are back to pre-covid era when promotions and hikes were not easy to buy.
