I have had working experience with multiple organisations before, I must say TCS is worst organisation. Pathetic. Aaaa Thuu
Can u be little more specific? Which experience made u feel that way?
- Unapproachable HR, unless they are trying to reach
- Unrealistic timelines committed by senior management.
- Extended hours work with lots of mental pressure.
- Weekend work without any perk
- Rude behaviour by scrum master who thinks themselves as manager
- No caring of employees and their health.
- Calling continuously on planned leave.
Agree with you....I left the organisation without any offer, a few days back. Manager was continuously threatening of fluidity to me. I told him that I myself won't work here. Will find a better opportunity outside, for sure.

This particular crisis is temporary. Leadership is confident but TCS misfired. Layoffs is ugly exercise. The future would be difficult. If AI really comes up- lot of roles emerge, midcap is performing better.
Tcs should never hire laterals going forward as they don't deserve them
