I have got stuck in a project badly in tcs, my allocation got ended and within 2 days i got a call from a project which I denied to join but

They have allocated me without any technical evaluation, and in the mail they are mentioning that they have taken the technical evaluation and got positive feedback from the associate. I have told them the 1st day I denied for this project yet they have allocated me and now they are forcing to join this project neither the project is as per the choice, nor technology, and the location of the project is also a major concern.
