Trending @Infosys; I have got OD rating in last year rating and if this year they give NI how much time I have before force resign?

Also if you get OS or CD last years the usually criteria will be +1 or -1 CD can become OS or ME and CD can become ME.If your previous rating os OS or CD then NI is not possible until you have very worst performance.

It's very very rare that an OS person gets NI. Your manager needs to have very strong justification for that. If they give you that rating you can raise a HEAR case

After NI ....

In jan they will put you on PIP ... And will give 2 option ...

Clear the pip in 2 month or take 5 month salary.. Or after pip not clear 3 month salary....and immediate release...

But if you got NI and still they not release you frol the project ..then you will not go to PIP...

And they can not fire you ....they have process of PIP......for firing

I think they will tale action only in the case we got 2 times NI rating

Which unit? I still didn’t get Rating. For me it is showing with AA
