I have got an offer from Deloitte India for senior Associate - project accounting domain with fixed salary as 967,000+ variable pay.

Total Year of experience is 6.7 .Could anyone suggest is this good offer to accept?

For senior associate it's good pay. But why are you joining as senior associate with almost 7 yoe? For that experience it's not good pay.

Not good I also get a call from Deloitte they offer me 11lpa but this is not market rate
