I have got 4.15 ipf and now I am thinking to put paper, will I get band and hike during this period or not? What if I take back my paper?

Is the band release happening at March end or April? If I resign after band release will they release the compensation letter for me as well bcoz I will have almost 2-3 months at the end ?
