Guys Minimum 85% is enough , if they calculate for variable pay

Don't be in rush to complete 100% , after these ppl doing so nonsense things.

Just stay for few days at home and enjoy with your family.

Would 85% average for a quarter be enough ? Or it needs to be 85% for each month of a quarter ? Also for qva are they checking quarter average or for each month individually ?
