Trending @Infosys; I have exp of 2.10 yrs but still remained as a SSA (JL2)

When ever I was asking promotion there telling like you have got your senior system associate progression on last quarter only so you have to wait 1 year then only you will be eligible for jl3 but for then I will be completing 4 years in infy.
