Your PF is not checked by any HR before they hire you. It is not the reason you're not getting calls. The market is really bad out there. Almost nobody is getting calls.

Don't worry about dual employment - It's not going to be a major concern. After you're hired and when your BGV begins, that is when they might ask questions. But it's certainly not going to be a big problem. Don't worry, keep searching !
