I have completed my distance learning and HRM marketing should I take hr role in TCS?

I have completed my MBA under HRM. I have completed MBA along with working in TCS more like distance learning.

Karate working for a project where I a hiring associate along with taking care of the entire project management just not having the PL rights.

So I have kind of experience under project management as well also taking care of external internal hiring account level. So I have kind of more knowledge of hiring and compliance management.

Should I start applying for the jobs outside or should I take up the role in TCS first. I'm so exhausted with TCS.. pls help
