I have completed 3.5 years in TCS.Now i am in the c1 grade when they will give the c2 grade.

C2 promotions can be done after the completion of 4 years. Hope you got A or B band consecutively.

You can have a discussion with your manager now itself

After 4 years your manager needs to initiate promotion
