For Q2 they would be considering WFO for Q1 that is Jan to March, got this info from project SA. Check with your manager once.

Can anyone tell which utilisation they check for promotion as in last year my utilisation was 74.7/74.7 that is 100%, but still not got promotion so how to know which utilisation they will take?

For Q1 they considered the WFO of Q1 only, may be they would consider Q2 WFO for Q2 quarter.
