I have cleared all rounds and hr round of EY.HR of EY said she will release an offer letter in one week till then you should drop your paper

Never resign unless and until you have an formal offer letter in hand.

Wait until official offer is received. Nothing can be assumed especially if you do not have a backup offer.

Jesus.. DO NOT RESIGN WITHOUT AN ACTUAL OFFER IN HAND!!! NEVER!

Always wait for an official offer letter. Do not rely on verbal offers.
