I have been working in TCS from ILP. I'm much underpaid. I have close to 10 years of work experience and the LPA I withdraw is 8.5LPA.

Is there any way I can increase my salary in TCS itself? I have job offer also. Will they match this CTC?

If you have very good dependency & if your manager thinks that you are not replaceable then put your paper they will not match it but atleast they will increase your salary by 30-40%
