I have been working in TCS for past 8 years which is the biggest sin I have committed. Now they are asking to demote our salary with WFO compliance.I have not maintained 9 hrs in ODC. What are the other repercussions going to be added?

As of now I don’t think 9hrs are compulsory. I never visit beyond 4-5 hrs a day. Daily visit to office is mandatory. If it is for your account then can’t say

Bro I know hours are getting recorded. It depends on your manager. I never visit beyond 3-4 hrs. I just visit daily

Do we need to roster inorder to see attendance in 2office. Right now I sit in ODC and don't see any data in 2office.
