I have been working in TCS for almost 3 years. They have not made me permanent yet. I am still stuck on third party jobs, can anyone help me? What can I do next?

You are lucky that still they have kept you in 3rd party.. Lot of 3rd party people have been terminated in last 2 to 3 quarters... You need to quickly get converted to payroll otherwise anytime they will reach you

For payroll conversion you need to ask your project to get approvals for conversion, they will initiaed discussion with rmg n tag team for vendor NOC n Hiring approval.. Post that other formalities will be taken care by hiting team

Warning!!! You should have all your documents, salary slip n reliving letters from old companies

Any discrepancies in background verification either documents or hidden information etc. Your conversion will be halted and BA ID will be terminated
