You can avail under TCS Child Care policy till the child turns 1 year.

Yes as per policy you avail it until your baby is 1 year old, but in my case my manager approved the exception for one quarter only. You need to approve it by manager HR will approve without any question.

Yes u will get untill baby turns 1yr. Get mail approval from manager ..forward it to HR...they approve it then

Yeah I'm a fresher and while giving induction programmes they said for male they have the eligibility to ask for the leave. You can ask.

You can request for WFO. Just request as much as possible, if not then you should take leave but base salary will be credited.

Yes you can, as per policy WFH is allowed for male employees only condition is your wife must not be in TCS.

Upto 6 months, till kid turns 1.. Can be Continuous or in breaks(your choice).

For non birthing parent.
