Trending @Accenture; I have been stuck with two tasks for past 3 months, they were supposed to be completed by March but it's may and still pending

Hello everyone, I have been stuck with two tasks that were supposed to be completed by March but still are in pending state. The reason being, most of the time Idk how to proceed after completing a step. So I ping my fellow developers who have no idea. I ask my lead also but they keep saying to me they are not available, busy in some priority task, etc. I am not sure what am I even doing now. I was asked several times to complete this task by today but how can I complete it if I am stuck. Please provide some advise.
