I have been selected in Capgemini and Wipro

Hi All,

Basically , I am from BFSI domain under Functional Testing having 6 YOE.Going to complete my last working day at TCS 30 April 2025.I got two offers ( Capgemini- 14 LPA and Wipro 18 LPA ) both are fixed.Which one to choose ? Other than money i am considering lay off , handful projects , good culture.

Kindly , please suggest your thoughts.

It's all depends on the projects and continuous billability. I would say Wipro, as there is a 4 Lack of fixed income difference.

Yes , same with me.But many told wipro culture is like pressure compare to capgemini and Capgemini has more BFSI related projects in hand comparing to wipro.This is what i received with my very less connection.So , I reaching you guys for more clarity.

Pressure will be there everywhere it dependson the project, IT job is like a roller coster, you have to earn when you get opportunity.

In Wipro there's a bench policy, if you're on bench for 50+ days they'll stop paying salary first they give 50% then no salary until you get project allocation. In cap gemini, it's known fir micromanagement. Choose properly

Yes as HR told , Wipro usually hire based on the requirement we would already selected you for the project.But when i asked about project name , she told we would never disclose it !
