I have been released from 2 different accounts within 2.7 yrs experience in TCS.FY 23-24 i got ‘C’ Band. What will be consequences further ?

Joined 2021, in 2022-2023 I faced the budget issue and got C bad.
2023-24 I worked hard but didn't want to remain as a manual tester so got released with a C band to become a Sr. Data Engineer

If u r worried about the upcoming band means try for getting good project and join immediately. So that in March this new project will give the band to you by raising the ProjectEnd option in SPEED.
