I Have been put on pip for 2 months in tcs , I have to clear an assessment if I want to clear pip??

Can anyone explain in detail how PIP works in tcs , and the assessment type question that comes in exams ?? Is there any chance that they will retain me if I clear assessment or they will fire me for sure ?? Will I get any severance package ??

It totally depends.

Right now, if their goal is to screw with you, they will do that.

If not, it will be a normal assessment, and once you clear post training, you would be assigned a role and project.

If it becomes too firing then ensure you get everything documented and severance you may need to fight for it.
