Trending @Accenture; I have been on project bench since 1.5 years.. There is no real time experience for me. Is it a good idea to switch ? or what should I do ? can anyone pls tell

What!!! how is this possible? Are you an ASE?

yes I’m ASE

When I was an ASE my supervisor was not releasing me by saying ASE CANT BE RELEASED FROM THE PROJECT. I cleared techleap, got promoted then got out of that project. You should take tech leap exam get promoted then get out of that project. Then try to get into a project suitable for your skills.

I would suggest asking project management to push you on complete bench, or tell them to deploy you in any field irrespective of your skills. Once you get a 6 months of practical knowledge then switch. Without any proper practical knowledge how you write your experience in your resume.? And how you answer the questions. One more suggestion is to connect with someone who is at a higher level and free to talk. I suggest visit office daily.

You need to switch brother. 1.5 years is a long time. Companies will start expecting a bit from you since you are 1.5 years exp. It happened to me and I'm struggling a lot now. It's depressing.

then what did you do pls help me na ..

What I'd suggest you to do is try asking your supervisor and raise your concern and ask them to connect you a client. Meanwhile you also please learn from YT or other resources (Data Structures and a framework that you are interested in) which will help you to gain confidence during interviews

Switch, build projects, complete certifications and SWITCH!

Better to switch
