I have been offered (Shift Lead- On email and portal) and on offer letter it was Senior Specialist, how can I raise this 😭 evn HR said lead

HR said it's a lead position, and now they have alligned my work as a Agent, literally HCL Tech has done fraud with me with my designation, what can I do now ?
