I have been offered a position of gpu verification engineer at Intel. Shall I join intel?

I'm currently working as a senior design verification engineer at a product based US MNC as pre-silicon verification engineer since last 3-4 years. The work here is kind of monotonous and nothing to learn great. I feel my skills are not improving. I got offer from Intel in Gpu verification team where the team is good. But knowing intel's current situation I'm bit scared about making any decision.
