I have been mediocre employee throughout. What should be my package. I have 9 YEO in support projects

Support based projects means?

I am in support proj throughout my career of 11 years, currently at ctc of 45,
We just need to put effort to learn the complete architecture even if not required. Now i know more than dev team

In service based companies:- Below 20, In Product based companies:- About 30. (Yes, lots of mediocre employees are found in product based companies too, and yes, product based companies do pay a lot to even mediocre and even to duffer kind of employees).

Your expertise in skill doesn't matter as much as your skill. Medicore in Salesforce, SAp, AWS, azure beats expert in scrum, qa

I am a QA lead with 13.5YOE drawing 19lpa 😔

Usme bhi 2.5 variable which hardly gets paid only around 15%

Ideally 30+ . But if you are in MNC like infosys, accenture, it will not be beyond 20.

If you have been in the same company throughout then you must also give an option of < 15 LPA 👍🏻 my vote goes for that one
