I’m in wipro currently holding 24 LPA and after clearing all the rounds of Infosys they are saying we can give you maximum 19.5 LPA if you would like to proceed we can go ahead with your candidature is it a JOKE why Infy is type of time wastage ?

I experienced this situation in early 2012, but when I questioned the reason, they were convincing me on thr brand value and all... So obviously I did not join them..

Same happened with me, after waiting for offer letter for 3 months then they asked me to join them 3 lpa less than what I was already having in Wipro
