Would it be better to shift to Bangalore or Pune or Gurgaon? I have lived in Bangalore for 3 years.

What interests you though? Pune is worse than Hyderabad, Gurgaon you might get looted at gunpoint in broad daylight with upi if you don't have cash unless you are from north india, so that leaves you with bangalore traffic.
