Hi I am in PA grade and have completed 2.3 years.I am allocated in a project for Associate grade(sr.Infra developer) it means they are given Associate promotion and taken to the Project can you please respond to this
I confirmed as well.. you have been promoted directly via project instead of nomination. Which is same for me as well
Hi ,You will get the emails but do not thing it’s a promotion . There will process behind for promotions . If you are in associate level . You should have minimum 6-8 years experience. Then only you will eligible for promotion based on your project.
No that’s not the case. The project is presenting you as a SA grade candidate to the client. It has nothing to do with ur promotion
No you need received email jobmove then apply and talk with your manager then they review check performance which never meet expectation
