I dont know man, they are forcefully roling me out of the project, although they said that they will tag me in some other project but i dont trust them. I think they will push me into bench. Dont know what to do..!!

You can fight back with your manager for not going into PIP.. as a employee we have rights to not agree to pip.. you can ask hr and manager what documentation is submitted to hr for putting you into pip

Allsec-> under tax tab -> tax regime calculator -> variable pay field

No , I have been working in this project from past 1.2 years. Everyone has good opinion on me even client except my manager

Usually it's the nexus of People Lead and MD, which puts people in PIP.

Last year I was in an appraisal meeting, suddenly MD joined a meeting and asked to nominate one PIP candidate. In 15 min all PL agreed on a name.

It looked unethical but this is how Accenture appraisal works.

The same thing happens for promotion also, MD gives promotion slots and all PLs agree for promotion candidates.
