I've been on the same project since January 2024. Since then, I’ve attended 4-5 interviews and performed well. However, the team has been telling me since January that I would get onboarded soon, but it has never happened. Now they told to me you will get onboarding on jan 2025

Barclays is a good project, you will have a client interview. You will not get onsite.
