I have an offer with a 100% hike. Do I need to share the offer letter with TCS if they plan to retain me and match my offer?

It seems TCS has made decision to not to have a retain policy if associate puts paper they are not even cared by any of them as they are already in progress of reducing the count of associates from the company.

It is not like that..if a resource is very critical then definitely they will try to retain.

Given the current situation, it is difficult to retain you. However, even for critical resources, they have previously offered a maximum of 42%, not 100%. So, make your decision wisely

It all depends on your delivery manager. If they want you, they will ask HR to retain you. Otherwise no one will even care if you are leaving. I have seen this happen in my unit. Many good employees have resigned over the last few years but they never even received any call from HR. But this one time the manager's favourite employee resigned and suddenly got retained.

I don't think 100% hike is possible here, better compare the pros and cons and take the decision.
