Trending @Infosys; I have an offer for 40% from another company.If Infosys gives retention how much they will give or how much days it will get reflect?
Please give some insights.
They don't give more than 20% of your current. Do not consider yourself a special employee that the infy will beg you and retain you. It's just a hoax and they were using sweet words just to let you work. 30 days ago I faced the same situation. Not offered even a single penny for retention, despite delivering the entire project on my own shoulder.
Same for me as well they wanna me to take back and stay for 6 more months as the salary restructuring is going on there is no budget for them to retain..why tf should I stay there and rot in that hell project without any proper compensation...i left there last month
Don't fall in the trap accept it if they release hike letter before you withdraw resignation. Many times they go back with their words. Once you withdraw it you will loose your leverage
40% infosys cannot match
They gave hikes recently only
Moreover cuttings in infosys is more, so you will see more salary in your pocket in your new company
