30% from your current package. Anything beyond is plain luck.

Minimum 30-40%. It can go up to 300-400% also. But if you are going with 30% then it's not a good option. This can be given by any company

Hey, you should apply at Salesforce. They give our really good salaries for the consultant role. Just prepare accordingly and try to crack that.
