Hi, I have a problem with my lead. Today we had a demo with a customer. Lead joined the call and kept quiet and pinged me to start with the presentation. This was not said to me before. It's a new product demo. I presented what I know. After the presentation there was an escalation on me saying i didn't present well. Even the manager and sr.manger supported the lead. I have no clue what to do now.
