Just a heads up.Birlasoft revenue loss happening. Company putting multiple tools to track hours spent on laptop and takes action if less than 9. Less client , depending on one major client.

And bench policy is like, if u go on bench then notice period automatically starts from day 1 of bench, and u will be given exit. In tcs hcl people spent 1-2 years also in bench in worst case
