Accenture, in my opinion, often underpays its employees. With 3.5 years of experience, your friend might be offered a role of an Analyst or Senior Analyst. However, considering Accenture's notorious reputation for low-ball offers, he may not see a significant hike from his current 7 LPA. We, as professionals, must demand fair compensation for our skills and expertise.
