I have a car emi for 4 years of 9k my salary is 60k should i buy one more second hand car for myself?
I brought a new car got emi for 4 years and emi is 9k My salary is 60 k Its my family car I want car for myself second hand
Should i get one more emi ? If yes then how much My maintainance is 30k including all rent but in some month 40k No future investment yet
Not a good idea instead wait for some time and buy a second hand car in the coming years. And most importantly Don't get emotional, because people send recklessly when emotions hit.

You should focus on clearing off the loan faster for the first car first. Till then, whenever a second car is needed, use uber/ola. It will not pinch into your cashflows. After paying off first car EMI, save some for the 2nd car down payment and then move forward.
