I have a 3 year validity L1B visa from my previous employer . Is it if any use given I have switched the company? Also can I apply a tourist visa in case I want to travel to US or would my L1B work?

In short, I visited the US in 2018 for a exposure trip sponsored by the government as part of a startup competition I won with my team. Consequently, I now hold a valid B1/B2 visa until 2028.
