Ohhh you join as a MBA grad. Is it wipro Technologies or Other vertical. As for B3 the max Pckg as far I know is not beyond 32 LPA.

Congratulations on your new role. Wipro is good or not just depends on your project and manager. If he is good you will enjoy work life balance.

Just the variable pay depends on the billability, try to be billable from day 1.
