I have 7+ years development experience with 12.2 LPA package in TCS, I got Accenture 18 LPA fixed & 22(level9) total should join Accenture?
Any day.. Also do not rely on their offer alone. They have a habit of rescinding their offer letters. Try grabbing as much offers as you can

Accenture doesn’t fire Indians coz we are the cheapest labourers. Most of the firing that happened in last two years was in US as Europe has strict labor laws. Check this on Google. So in India ur job is secure anyways
You can either accept the Accenture offer or wait for another 5 years to reach the same package in TCS. It's your choice. Any offer will be better than staying in TCS.
You don't reach that in 5 years
Work life is balanced when u have more money u can keep people to help u all other daily chores cooking, cleaning, Day boarding schools and afford a home near office.
