It depends on from which location you are leaving, as for Hyderabad it is 60days

Will they calculate both casual and earned leaves ?

So for Bangalore folks, max 45 leaves amount will be credited? Is that 1.5 half month amount or how its calculated?

For kolkata it's 28 days and for bglr its 45 days

Every location has different policy

Maintain only the amount of leaves that can be encashed. Besides that take all the leaves.

The number of days that can be encashed depends on the state wise policy (Eg: For Maharashtra it's 45 days). Check the leave policy for your state.
