Minimum 10 and make sure 10 is your fixed pay. It should not include variable pay because in accenture you will find around 30% of your ctc is variable pay and they pay only 6-8% of variable amount. So negotiate variable pay part.

At least ask for 10 don't settle for 7-8 pls

You will get not more than 5 or 6. Do not make this mistake again. I am leaving Cog with less than 3 years of total experience and 11 months in cognizant. They're offering 18+ lpa. So, as I said, keep changing your company every year or so. No company is worth the wait. Else you'll be behind in package. Good luck!
