I have 4 YOE and want to change my domain, but getting rejected for not having relevant experience. How can I secure a job?

Fake it till you make it. Lie on your resume . Make it look like you have worked on the roles that you want to switch to.
It's morally wrong but at the end of the day the only thing that matters is if you are doing what's been assigned to you properly or not.
