I have 4 years of experience as .Net developer(nothing that increased my skills), will doing PGDBM in Cloud Computing help me?

I am working as .net developer in TCS, and this couldn't enhance my technical skills in any way. I wish to change my stream to cloud computing and so I'm thinking of doing a PGDBM course from any reputed IIT while working in TCS. Could you guys guide? Which IIT would be best?

Try to learn azure cloud, there are various Udemy courses and practice and switch as a azure dot net developer or azure devops or data engineer
