I have 4 years in TCS and want to switch

Hello guys, I have completed 4 years in TCS but have worked on multiple technologies, I am afraid to switch as I am not confident in technology, I would like to upskill myself in the latest technology and can I switch?

Please suggest me guys what I need to do.
