I have 3yrs experience in python ,Hired for python role and they put me into some support shit
I got a call from some project telling that I will be put into python development project and now they have put me into some support project where there is no scope for development nor I it will help in any manner to grow my carrier. I have also informed my supervisor or higher level manager that it is not possible to work in support project and I am not attending any calls from this project even though they are not releasing me what to do??....
Bro same happened with me joined as python dev 2yrs back they told me I will get development project but put on some shitty javascript support project which don't have any development at all, it's a total shitty work. I have asked my manager to give me release but even after asking for 6 months didn't got release. So basically no one gives a shit about our skills they just do what they want to do. So finally I resigned and now they are saying they can give me development project which I told them I don't want now.
Joined as developer role with 12 YOE last year..they put me into support project..I have resigned and now going back to product based org..it was mental torture in support project
