Trending @Accenture; I have 3 yrs of experience and I got promoted in June 23 for CL11 , current MAL is 11 when can I expect or get promoted to next level CL10 ? Any Idea and will I get any hike for this June 24 cycle

You will be receiving the hike when your sublevel change which is CL 11.3 to 11.2 this June. Sublevel change will happen yearly by default. If your performance is good, it may happen fast track in 9 months.

Select Base pay
At the bottom you see your career level and sublevel.

Minimum 2 years for promotion and Accenture is providing hikes in November only. In June they are releasing mid year promotions

Every year you want a promotion? Minimum 24 months if you are a top performer.

Broo, 11 months? that's wayy to less. Do not expect promotion but if you've performed good then expect some kinda hike(Only if your project has some budget).
